Jiaonan,Qingdao Painting: Developed as a folk art in the mid and later years of the last century, Jiaonan painting has become an important art form in China.There are now approximately 300 folk painters who have produced some 2,000 paint works. Some of the works have won awards at domestic and international exhibitions and some have been collected by the National Art Gallery and the Folk Art Gallery of China
